Welcome to the Sweet Charity Blog a place that will be filled with news, hints, tips and advice as we share our journey building this exciting new venture.

I’m delighted to say that, having created the concept in September, things are moving along rather nicely! With a new logo in place and trade mark application in, the background work refining the brand values and service proposition is well under way.

What is more, I am now busy successfully building an expert freelance team to ensure a ‘best in class’ marketing solution for our clients.  I am delighted at the response from my network and excited about what the future will bring.

The vision is clear: To transform the lives of my local community by harnessing the power of the marketing tool kit in order to put the great work of local charities in the spotlight and support vital fundraising efforts.

Utilising my extensive experience building brands and driving sales the aim is to ensure the ‘Not for Profit’ sector gets value for money for its marketing spend and that valuable in-house resource delivers a return on investment.

I use the term ROI deliberately as charities need to be run like a business to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maximise the value they add.

Providing expert outsourced marketing support the team at Sweet Charity is single minded about our aim to “Boost Business and Transform Lives”.
